Rich and Kat Farless were referred to us by our very excellent broker in LA who we used when we moved out of our home of 34 years. His recommendation worked out beyond our expectations. Rich and Kat are a great team who listened to our "Must Haves" for our new home in Orangevale. They were very efficient at sending us links to all the homes in the Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Rancho Cordova and Roseville areas surrounding Sacramento that were in our price range. After living in North Natomas for 4 years, we received a a 60 notice to vacate from our rental home taped to our door. This is when we decided to purchase our own home so we wouldn't have to be beholden to a landlord anymore. We found the perfect house for us with a lot of help from Rich and Kat. They are great communicators and are very educated on the Real Estate Market and gave us great advice from beginning to end. We accomplished a 26 day escrow and it was a seamless adventure.
